How does it work?

Valerian Root Extract is a traditional herbal product used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances resulting from mild anxiety. 5HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) is a natural compound that is made by the body from the amino acid. 5-HTP is converted into Serotonin in the brain, which acts as a chemical messenger. 5-HTP is not found in dietary sources, unlike tryptophan.

Direction of Use
